Expanding Beyond Education
While my professional journey began with more than 25 years of experience as a Mathematics teacher in government and private schools, my observations extended far beyond the classroom.
I witnessed many social challenges affecting individuals, families, and communities. People were struggling with isolation, depression, low self-confidence, lack of self-motivation, stress, and a loss of purpose in life. Many young people lacked a growth mindset and faced unemployment, while others sought opportunities abroad, contributing to brain drain. Social issues such as alcoholism, financial hardship, negative thinking patterns, and the absence of entrepreneurial vision continued to limit personal and community development.
These challenges inspired me to broaden the mission of Phiwora.
Phiwora is not only committed to solving academic problems but also dedicated to addressing social and personal development challenges. We believe that education, mindset, emotional well-being, entrepreneurship, and social harmony are deeply connected. Sustainable progress can only be achieved when individuals are empowered with knowledge, confidence, purpose, and the right mindset.
Our vision is to help people develop self-belief, resilience, leadership, financial awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and a growth mindset that enables them to overcome obstacles and create positive change in their lives and communities.
Through awareness, training, mentorship, innovation, and community engagement, Phiwora aims to contribute to a society that is more educated, motivated, productive, harmonious, and prosperous.
